Ralph Marston's website contains a wealth of print resources, books, audiotapes, and slideshows. The Thought for the Day has been a regular feature on the JEOW since 1998.

Maria Gracia's great organisational tools will help you rid your life of clutter and teach you to defeat stressful habits. Her website is packed with free resources including a forum where you can seek help with virtually any organisational dilemma. My favourite books are Finally Organized, Finally Free and the Easy Organizer.

THE UPPER ROOM
This daily interdenominational email meditation includes scripture, prayer, daily prayer focus, and a thought for the day. Subscriptions are free and timed to arrive in US time zones in the early morning hours.
