MADAM'S TOMB

madam's tomb

"This is the tomb of the famous Red Light District Madam. It is supposedly haunted by a ghostly red light that causes the flames on the top of the mausoleum to look real."

madam up close

"This is a close up of the statue on the Madam's tomb. The story goes that during the first World War, this figure walked away. It was witnessed by a caretaker of the cemetery. Then about four years later or so, she strolled back in and took her place at the door of the mausoleum."

madam's hand

"I think it was very interesting that someone put a real flower ring on the finger of the statue on the young woman."
