Loss of privacy has become an international epidemic. It has previously been justified in the lives of the rich and/or famous as "the price they have to pay." There is now no segment of society which is free from the prying eyes of these so-called journalists who wish to profit from the misery of others.

Diana's death should have been a wake-up call; the insanity must stop. There are various ways you can make a difference from refusing to buy tabloids, to approaching merchants and asking them to refrain from displaying tabloids, to writing appropriate letters which voice your concerns about celebrity stalking to legislators. You could also make a donation to one of Diana's favourite charities.
