You see them everywhere: "spare some change for my website" donation buttons; text links which read "if you like my website please buy me something from Fill_in_the_Blank.com;" innocuous sounding requests for books, CDs, or old-fashioned cash (or the electronic equivalent thereof). Fair enough. Here's mine:
