Digital Post Office :: Free E-Cards
As previously announced, I am no longer offering free e-greeting card selections through the JEOW, due to a steady decline in quality and an unhealthy rise in invasive advertising. However, there are several free e-card companies which I use on a regular basis which I can most heartily recommend.
Apple iCards :: You don't have to use a Mac to take advantage of this terrific resource. Your recipient will receive a high quality graphic postcard, attached to an email, with your customised illustration and message. This is a nice alternative to online cards which regularly vanish after a fortnight.
Dayspring :: Here you'll find a tasteful assortment of high-end cards, reminiscent of the Hallmark line, but all with a Christian theme. No registration is required.
Gargoyle Postcards :: Walter S Arnold is a master stonecarver, and creator of some of the most unique stone carvings you'll see today. His work adorns public buildings as well as private homes. Visit his website for a charming collection of cards featuring his work, many of which include optional visual effects such as snow.
Hallmark :: You'll have to register, but registration is free and relativly painless. Hallmark offers a free address book in which to store your frequently used addresses, and an amazing assortment of high quality free e-cards for every possible occasion.
Jungle Walk :: It's a bit more complicated than other sites, but Jungle Walk allows you to turn photos of your favourite animals into free e-cards.
