The 141st Fourth of July Celebration, 2008
The Shrine of St Patrick will celebrate July 4th in St Patrick, Missouri, USA, for the 141st time with an Independence Day celebration. Father Paul Hartley will begin the festivities by celebrating Mass at 10am in the Shrine of St Patrick. A chicken dinner will be served from 11am until 1.30pm in the Shrine Hall. Tickets for the dinner will be $7 for adults, $3 for children (6-12), and children (under 6) eat FREE. There will be many activities on the Shrine grounds. Some of these are: Shrine of St Patrick souvenirs, Country Store, Amish stand, craft tables, games for all ages, concession stand, etc. The ever popular Greased Pig Contest will be at 2pm.
